HermAce iS a certified solution
We always follow developments in all kinds of technical solutions. Furuno now offers HermAce and that is fit for purpose. All the tests we did convinced us to install HermAce on board of our ships. Not only to secure our navigation and communication equipment against cyber-attacks, but HermAce can also monitor equipment performance. HermAce secures the navigaton bridge
The HermAce platform offers secure access and advanced remote support.
The HermAce Gateway provides remote access, allowing both ship-side and shore-side personnel to monitor equipment status and make pre-survey checks of the VDR. It also provides the necessary framework for remote services, such as remote VDR annual performance test (APT) and remote repair services.Furuno developed the HermAce Solution to help customers control the equipment status and perform pre-survey checks. It also provides the foundation for a successful remote VDR Annual Performance Test. The digital twin technology that HermAce has provides equipment information to shore engineers and, along with remote repair services, provides an eye for Furuno’s digital transportation.
